This session will focus on developing a strategy to collect demographic and other data with CiviCRM, and using that information for targeting specific groups of contacts. Dan O’Brien, Solutions Architect for Ginkgo Street Labs, will guide session participants through best practices for adding custom data to CiviCRM contact records, using CiviCRM profiles to collect contact information and setting up Smart Groups for automatically segmenting contacts.
